The annual activities of the CAFA graduation season in 2016 will reflect that art education in CAFA embraced with all art forms both China and the West, both in a traditional and contemporary way. With a broad vision, graduates from CAFA were provided with extraordinary creativity, further they were encouraged to experiment, explore and challenge. 2016 CAFA GRADUATION SEASON is announced to be held from May 18 through to June 26, 2016. What surprises will they bring to us?  Let's wait and find how the graduation season will happen or what kind of voices they will bring forth.

May 18, the inaugural ceremony of 2016 CAFA GRADUATION SEASON will be held in the 80-metre passageway at CAFA, and the sound work jointly produced by all the graduates “Voices” will make its debut and this unique ceremony is specially devoted to all the 1394 members who will graduate from CAFA in July of 2016. The first round of the graduation season, the Graduation Exhibition from the Graduate School featuring works by 517 members will be unveiled, meanwhile, the Graduate School of CAFA will be officially activated.

A completely new version of “Graduation Night” will enlighten the night of Wangjing on June 8 and the graduation exhibition showcases works by 877 undergraduates that will be inaugurated that night.

The Awarding Ceremony of the Graduation will be held on June 26 for all 1394 graduates.

Two Branding Academic Activities will be held during the graduation season.

The Open Classes for Graduates: experts from various fields will be invited to give open classes to all the graduates, to share their wisdom and nourish their lives.

Germination: Forum of Venture and Innovation

Renowned youths who excel in ventures and innovation will be invited to give themed lectures, to provide new ideas for new graduates and an opportunity to share their new experience with their peers.
