Skin’s Literary Form: Dual Exhibition by He Duoling and MaoYan is one of the most important academy exhibitions of AMUNA in 2014. It intends to take some classic cases of contemporary Chinese painting as research objects, trying to sort out and clarify the key problems such as the noumenon of painting and art preciseness .

The exhibition invites He Duoling and MaoYan, two iconic figures among the field of oil painting in China, showcasing their recent works by the way of comparative study. The curator hopes to explore the transformation of value after Chinese contemporary paintings has experienced political criticism and sociological effects.
