On April 28, 2014, the award ceremony of Atexco Digital • China Graduate Fashion Week 2014 was on display at the first workshop of 751D•PARK, Fashion Design Speciality of School of Design, CAFA was awarded the honored title of China Graduate Fashion Week 2014 “Talent Cultivation Achievement Award” and the “Optimum Award”, with the “Optimum Award” being the highest award of all awards.
Atexco Digital • China Graduate Fashion Week 2014 was jointly organized by China Fashion Association, China National Garment Association, China Textile and Apparel Education Society, the Graduate Fashion Week is for the fashion design graduates from domestic colleges of art and design, through the graduate fashion shows of the colleges, a platform for the graduate designers to show, to explore and encourage Chinese new design strengths is explored, while promoting the mutual exchange and learning between colleges, in order to promote the development of teaching of Chinese fashion design.
The fashion show of the 9th session of graduates of the Fashion Design Major of CAFA was on display at the concourse of the first workshop of 751D•PARK on April 23, 2014. The fashion show adheres to the teaching idea of the Fashion Design Major of the School of Design, CAFA, aiming to highlight the innovation and aesthetics of design, emphasizing the organic combination of art, design and business, focusing on the professional development mode and playing to their own advantages, integrating professional resources, and expanding social influence, a total of 16 young designers brought their creative and unique fashion series to the fashion show, including 9 graduates, 4 master graduates, and 3 MFAs. The fashion designers have taken inspiration from various fields in design, including sports fashion, human body shape, structural decomposition, traditional innovation, and the philosophy and idea of life, so that the audience can enjoy a unique artistic fashion show.
